QuantumFocusThis book is a classic.  Michael Ellner released it in the 1990’s and it has long been out of print. Every now and then a used hardcover will pop up on Amazon for $25-$50 dollars.  It originally came with a two-sided cassette with two sessions, which you will probably never find on Amazon.

But we have great news for you!  Michael contacted me and asked if the HypnoThoughts Store would be interested in offering it, since it has always been regarded as a very important contribution and one of the earliest works that combined hypnotic methods with mindfulness meditation.  And of course, I jumped at the chance.

We have even packaged it here with the original recordings (now in MP3 format).  Now a couple of things.  The PDF textbook is fantastic and so are the audio recordings. All are provided in digital format with instant download. No physical product is shipped. But realize the purpose of the recordings is to teach you a method and technique. While still quite useful, the recording technology at the time was not nearly as advanced as we have today, so use them as they are intended, as educational tools for you rather than modern products to give to clients. (The audio Ellnerquality is still great, I just don’t want anyone who is used to our modern high quality digital recordings to be disappointed in the original cassette version from the 1990’s).
